9  inch Black or white polycarbonate pier mount, 2.75 inch OD opening, 4.5 inch x 4.5 inch base

Pier mounts are 9 inches tall, have a  2.75 inch OD opening for use with a standard fitter. The base is 4.5 inch x 4.5 inch square.  They are made of black or white polycarbonate plastic.  Please indicate color desired in notes.
