We gladly accepted returns for manufactures defects. Please contact us prior to returning for authorization. Because we can not accept returns for items ordered in error please make sure you are ordering the correct size and style, we will gladly help you in determining what you need if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Defective items must be reported within 3 business days and returned within 14 business days. A RGA number will be issued and must appear on the outside of the box. Any returns that have not been authorized will not receive credit.
There are times when shipping is not calculated due to the volume of the purchase or the size of the items ordered. If this occurs we will email you and bill the shipping separately. We will combine shipping whenever possible and issue a credit for any overcharges of shipping.
Each item is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping carriers include: FedEx and UPS. Most items ship via ground shipping (3-5 days.) Currently, we only ship to the continental United States and occasionally make exceptions for Canada.
Most items in our store are in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. If you would like to inquire about the inventory of an item, please contact us at email@example.com, we would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
